deliverystandard delivery-
all standard deliveries are via royal mail first-class, and are delivered to all areas of the uk. royal mail aims to deliver next working day monday-saturday, however please allow 2-3 days. this is not a guaranteed service and therefore does not guarantee your parcel will not be left unattended if there is nobody available at the delivery destination to accept it. choose the optional recorded delivery service if you would like a signature at the delivery destination. recorded delivery-
recorded delivery is an optional service in addition to the standard service and is available if you would like a signature as confirmation that your parcel has arrived at its destination. it is not a guaranteed service, but can provide peace of mind that your parcel will not be left unattended. royal mail provides the facility to track your parcel online and we can provide you with the tracking reference number. special delivery-
special delivery is a guaranteed next working day by 1pm service. a saturday guaranteed delivery service is available on request for an additional £2.00. there is an upper weight limit of 2kgs and orders need to be placed by 10am. a signature is required at the destination. royal mail provides the facility to track your parcel online and we can provide you with the tracking reference number. overseas-
overseas deliveries are made by royal mails air mail service and aim to deliver to european destinations within 3 working days and worldwide within 5 working days. charges are based on an upper weight of 1kg. this service is not guaranteed and does not require a signature, (please contact us if you would rather a guaranteed service or a service that requires a signature, we are more than happy to offer alternative delivery options as they are easily available). non delivery- with all delivery options, particularly those which require a signature, non delivery will occur if there is nobody available to accept the parcel at the destination. in the case of special delivery it is only a guaranteed service by 1pm if there is somebody there to accept and sign for it. with each option when a parcel is unable to be delivered to the recipient, a card will be left advising you that an attempt to deliver has been made and your parcel, in most cases, will be taken to your local delivery office. it is then the customer's responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collection of the parcel. |
