terms & conditionsprivacy when you register or make a purchase you will be asked for your name, address, email address and telephone number (your telephone number will only be used in the event that we cannot contact you via email) nest will ensure that these details are for nests use only, are kept secure and are never passed on to a third party.
payment payments on-line are made via hsbc bank using hsbc secure epayments. the payments will be using hsbc security ensuring safety of transactions. payments should be made in uk pounds sterling only. your bank may impose charges for currency conversion if you do not hold funds in pounds sterling. payments can be made using the following cards: visa, mastercard, maestro (switch), solo, and electron.
once an order has been placed by you, and the payment has been completed, nest will send a confirmation email informing you that your order has been placed. confirmation does not however guarantee that nest will accept the order. non-acceptance of an order can be for a number of reasons, the product you have ordered being out of stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or we identify a pricing or product description error.
nest shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the customer. the risk on products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
pricing and description of goods nest reserves the right to alter prices at anytime. prices of products already purchased but not yet delivered will not be altered. all prices are shown in pounds sterling and include vat, but do not include delivery unless otherwise stated.
products are described as accurately as possible and nest will attempt in all cases to provide the products as described, colours and styles may vary slightly due to changes in products by the suppliers and nest accepts no responsibility for these changes. in the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the website, nest reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. the normal price will be offered instead. all measurements are approximate but nest will try to be as accurate as possible. if further information is required regarding a product please contact us by email or telephone and we will gladly describe the product in further detail.
out of stock items if any item you choose is out of stock you will be informed immediately, and we will also be happy to advise you of any alternative products which may be suitable. you will have the option to be sent an email informing you of when the item is back in stock.
returns and faulty goods unwanted goods maybe returned to us within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. please contact nest by telephone or email to inform us of the return before posting the goods back to us. the goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging suitable for re-sale, if this isn't the case nest cannot guarantee that you will be refunded the full purchase price. please send the goods recorded delivery to ensure they are not left unattended when they reach us as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost in transit. once we have received the goods in re-saleable condition we will refund the price paid for the item. we are unable to refund the cost of the postage for unwanted items.
customer satisfaction is our number one priority. it is important that you inspect your goods thoroughly on receipt. if the package is obviously damaged when delivered to you please inform the delivery person and complete the appropriate paperwork before informing nest. if you have received goods that are either faulty or an incorrect order please contact nest within 48 hours of receiving them so we can issue either a refund or replacement, and so we can arrange for the item to be returned to ourselves at our expense.
cancellations if you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please contact us either by telephone on: 01162709290 or e-mail info@nestgifts.co.uk as soon as possible.
goods that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full including the postage paid. orders placed before 10am mon-fri will usually be dispatched the same day therefore please contact us as soon as possible.
non delivery with all delivery options, particularly those which require a signature, non delivery will occur if there is nobody available to accept the parcel at the destination. in the case of special delivery it is only a guaranteed service by 1pm if there is somebody there to accept and sign for it. with each option when a parcel is unable to be delivered to the recipient, a card will be left advising you that an attempt to deliver has been made and your parcel, in most cases, will be taken to your local delivery office. it is then the customers responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collection of the parcel. placing an order through the website is notification that you agree with nests terms and conditions. these terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase. |
