This gorgeous personalised silver open heart necklace is beautifully designed with a delicate silver chain. Would make a touching and treasured gift.
This delicate silver heart pendant is available on either a 16 or 18 inch chain. It is personalised with solid silver letters of your choice.
Your necklace will be mounted onto a Nest backing card and placed into a protective cellophane envelope. Our free gift wrap also includes an organza bag, a grey gift bag, and a gift tag.
If you include a gift message with your order, we will handwrite it onto the gift tag for you.
You can upgrade your gift wrap to one of our lovely Nest embossed gift boxes, to make your order extra special.
