To grow this tasty superfood simply cut off the top of the pouch, add water to the enclosed coir soil block and sprinkle the seeds. In less than 2 weeks the microgreen pea shoots can be harvested and used to add flavour, colour and texture to many dishes, or used as a garnish.

This is a wonderfully sustainable gift. The packaging can be recycled with paper, the coir soil is made from coconut waste, and the seeds are packaged in a biodegradable packet.
